What information does the Application iSleeper obtain and how is it used?

Apple Health Data: The health data we access from Apple Health is used solely for the purpose of analyzing your sleep. This includes providing insights, trends, and recommendations based on the data locally on your device. Your health data are stored only locally on your device and all calculations are done on your device as well.

Sleep Recordings: We use the microphone to obtain your specific sleep recording fragments to analyze whether you are talking in your sleep or snoring, etc. All calculations are done on your device, and your sleep recordings are only stored locally on your device.

The application collects some usage data that are essential for us to deliver our services, to understand your needs and to improve our services. The analytics services automatically collect certain information that does not personally identify our end users who access or use our mobile applications. This information includes but is not limited to device state information, unique device identifiers, installation UUID, device hardware and OS information, information relating to how application functions or anonymized IP addresses.

The application does NOT collect any personal data that directly identifies you such as your name, surname, email or anything you type within the app.

Data Storage and Security

Apple Health Data: We do not store any Apple Health data on iSleeper servers. All health data remains on your device and is processed locally. iSleeper never shares any health data with any third party services.

Security Measures: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

User Rights and Choices

Access and Control: You have the right to access and control your personal information. You can manage the health data shared with iSleeper via the Apple Health app settings on your device.
